Gel dye oxidizer 3% is used to mix with CC Brow gel dye according to the instructions for use to color eyebrows.
Validity: 3 years from date of manufacture, 6 months after opening.
Mix the gel dye with the oxidizing agent in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container. Distribute the coloring mixture evenly on the eyebrows. Use a cotton pad to gently remove excess paint around the brows. Wash off with warm water after 15 minutes. Avoid contact with eyes.
